spring equestrian bridal editorial { green bay wedding photographer }

My friend, Shanna Koltz, and I put this shoot together in 2013 after months of talking and planning.  It was our dream to do a soft, pretty, dreamy, country chic wedding editorial with horses.  So really, this shoot was truly a dream come true.  Here are some of my images from this equestrian wedding styled editorial shoot.

sweet nora { casi lea photography }

It's been so long since I've blogged, I'm not sure I will remember how to do this.  But here goes...

Sometimes, (okay, a lot of the time) I luck out and meet the coolest people while making appointments and shooting all kinds of sessions.  Nora's shoot is extra special though.  After we got done taking all these pictures of adorable Nora (who was a perfect sweet angel the whole time), her Mom and I were chatting and discovered that she would be one of my daughter's teachers for her 6th grade year.  All year long I got to hear about how cool Mrs. Noble is!

It's a small world, and I love it.

Enjoy this collage I made for Nora, it just might end up as a big canvas at the studio.  :-)

{ snort n blow } wisconsin equine photographer

"He gave us the look of eagles that we seek in the eyes of every great Arabian.....
he taught us just how willing, how kind, how honest a fine horse can be."

An amazing quote plucked straight from Spring All Arabians website for their gorgeous purebred Arabian stallion SAA Snort N Blow.  I've watched this horse perform for years at the Midwest Horse Fair, and had the pleasure of photographing him this summer at an International Morab Breeders Association open show.

I just wanted to post one of my favorites of him from show day, taken as he was exiting the indoor arena, and let everybody know that he is competing in the 'Most Beautiful Horse' contest on the Midwest Horse Fair website.  Go find him and vote!
Then visit my website and schedule your equine photo shoot for 2011!
